Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the customer's needs. You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following:

• wants to work with a 14-year-old girl living in Värmdö

• has good knowledge of Swedish

• has a driver's license and access to a car/moped to easily get to work

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

• share the customer's interests: such as listening to music, singing, and moving around - for example, spinning and swinging - as well as swimming and riding. It is therefore a big plus if you also enjoy music, movement, and having fun together.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 75%. The job involves work during daytime, evening, or night.

Hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreements.

Start date

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and we are looking for two assistants for two equivalent positions at 20%.

The schedule looks as follows:

Schedule one (works EVEN weeks):

Week 1: Friday 17.20-21.00, Saturday and Sunday 9.00-15.00

Week 3: Friday 17.20-21.00, Saturday and Sunday 15.00-21.00

Schedule two (works ODD weeks)

Week 2: Friday 17.20-21.00, Saturday and Sunday 9.00-15.00

Week 4: Friday 17.20-21.00, Saturday and Sunday 15.00-21.00

Hourly wage according to agreement and other compensation is according to collective agreements.

Being employed at Humana
