Then the position as a substitute with us at Precator Pedagogerna is for you!

You will work at various preschools and get to try out several different workplaces, gaining valuable experience for the future. The substitute position can lead to longer assignments or a permanent position at the preschools we collaborate with. We are currently looking for preschool substitutes for assignments in northern and central Stockholm!

With us, you have great flexibility and can work according to your own schedule – making the position excellent for combining with studies. It is also possible to work five days a week for those who want to work full-time.

About the role

As a substitute in preschool, you replace regular staff during absences, often with short notice the same morning. Together with other staff, you are responsible for the group of children and participate in play and activities both indoors and outdoors. You assist with dressing and undressing, participate in educational meals, and are primarily a present adult for the children.

With us, you are always personally matched to your assignments. You have a personal contact with us who supports you when you need it before, during, and after work. Of course, you will receive an introduction before you start.

Qualifications and qualities

We are looking for someone who has:

· Completed high school education or childcare education

· Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

· Previous experience working with children and youth

· Positive and confident in the role of a role model

· Willing to take responsibility and initiative and want to collaborate with others

· Can work at least 3 days a week (for students, at least 1 day/week).

· Willing to work as you promise
