About the positions: We at Bonzi are looking for new colleagues who want to work as companions or relief workers for children and young people with various disabilities among our clients living in the Stockholm area.

Companionship and relief: In these assignments, you will serve as support for the individual both at home, in the local area, and during various activities that contribute to joyful, rewarding, and developing moments for the person.

The assignments primarily take place in the evenings and on weekends, and the working hours range from 1 to 6 hours. Working as a companion or relief worker is a side job, and we cannot offer a full-time position.

We believe that you who are applying for these positions are someone who enjoys working with people and can see the needs of others. As a person, you are empathetic, socially perceptive, solution-oriented, proactive, and reliable.

If you are also someone who finds it easy to understand other people's life situations, you have every opportunity to become a good assistant, companion, or relief worker.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Professional experience as a companion, relief worker, personal assistant, or in healthcare and social services.

• Professional experience or education focused on children, healthcare, and social services, or pedagogy.

Scope: As a companion or relief worker, you are employed as needed. There are a total of 4 positions available.

Start date: By agreement. The start can occur immediately as well as later in the fall. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Things to consider before your application:

A prerequisite for starting employment at Bonzi is that you can present valid ID and submit a personal certificate as well as any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a personal certificate from the Swedish Tax Agency's website.

To work as a personal assistant, companion, or relief worker, you must be at least 18 years old.
