Welcome to us
Welcome to Järva and to Open Care for Children and Youth 3.
We are a unit within the Open Care for Children and Youth area that invests in exciting development work and aims to make a change that makes a difference for our children and families.
With us at Open Care for Children and Youth, you will work in a pleasant and development-oriented open care that offers high-quality services to children, youth, and their families. User participation, children's involvement, and our constant development and improvement of our work are important to us.
At our unit, we are now starting up another MST team, MST-Nord. This time to be able to offer all of the city's districts and residents this evidence-based intervention highlighted in the National Board of Health and Welfare's knowledge support. Also linked to the new social services transformation goals, it is emphasized that social services should be knowledge-based and conduct operations in accordance with science and proven experience. MST is an intervention that fits this description well! Our new MST team will work with the districts of Bromma, Hässelby-Vällingby, Kungsholmen, and Northern Inner City. However, the team's fixed workplace and employment are in Järva, Kista.
Multisystemic therapy is an evidence-based family treatment intervention where the working method is aimed at breaking norm-breaking behaviors in a youth by working for change in the systems surrounding the youth. The fundamental work takes place in the family system. More information about the method can be found at www.mstsverige.se (http://www.mstsverige.se).
The team consists of four family therapist positions and a group leader. We are now looking for three new employees as the group leader and one therapist are already in place. Welcome with your application!
We offer
We offer you the opportunity to be part of the startup of a new team that works with the districts that have not yet had the privilege of offering their residents this intervention. You will work with one of the evidence-based methods highlighted in the National Board of Health and Welfare's knowledge support. The target group is interesting, and you will have a great opportunity to make a difference. The work is independent, flexible, and challenging, and the method, colleagues in the team, and the group leader provide important support for you as a therapist. You will also have the opportunity to receive support through mentorship from the already existing MST team.
The team has method supervision every week, as well as individual support as needed. As a newcomer to the method, you will be offered basic training in MST. The team also has quarterly boosters and further training in the method. As an employee in this team, you will have an SL card in service as a salary benefit and a wellness allowance.
At our open care units, Children and Youth 1, 2, and 3, we have several different teams, with different target groups and working methods. Therefore, the opportunity for collegial learning and inspiration is great.
