About Our Operations

As a medical secretary with us, you will work in an exciting and dynamic environment alongside other administrative staff and healthcare personnel.

In the Administrative Unit within Orthopedics, we are a total of 48 employees; medical secretaries, administrators, and surgical coordinators. The operations are geographically distributed across three hospitals. Your placement will be at Mölndal Hospital.

About the Position

We are looking for two substitutes to be placed in outpatient care.

You will be offered a stimulating and varied job where you, as an employee, will take significant responsibility in close collaboration with other colleagues.

In the role of medical secretary with us in Orthopedics, you will have the opportunity to develop in a workgroup characterized by an open climate, great engagement, and a good atmosphere. Since the placement is in outpatient care, you will not work weekends or public holidays.

The patient group is varied and the pace is sometimes high, which provides variation and challenges in the work. We work in an environment where we value each other's knowledge and where we develop together as a team.

The work we offer is varied, including journal writing, referral management, diagnosis registration, and collaboration with other professional categories.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for you who are a medical secretary with an approved education in Health and Medical Care Administration 80p KY/400p YH or have equivalent medical secretary training. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Experience with Melior and Elvis is an advantage.
