Responsibilities

Phone contact with Swedish customers who have an account on the platform offered by the company.
Provide assistance, customer service, and training on the platform.
Provide the customer with market updates and news regarding the financial markets. This information is provided solely to enable the customer to make their own investment decisions.

*Comprehensive training and coaching will be provided to ensure your success in the team.

We are looking for someone who

Speaks fluent Swedish.
Can communicate and convey a message with a lot of energy.
Is passionate about the financial world, investments, and politics.
Is bold with plenty of ideas.
Is a team player who enjoys working and building a great team not just in the workplace.
Is willing to learn and adapt.
Knowledge of English is a plus but optional.
