About the positionHumanas open care is growing, and we need one more therapist. We are looking for someone with experience in treatment work who possesses creativity, flexibility, and the courage that the role will require.
As a therapist in our open care team, you will conduct structured open care interventions for children, adolescents, and families on behalf of the social services. The interventions will be carried out both individually and in teams. Through our interventions, we help families and individuals succeed better in life. You will be part of a team of four therapists and one coordinator who work closely together. Some of the methods we use include IHF, Intensive Home-Based Family Treatment, Care Assessment, and our criminality program B12. We train our therapists in these methods. The majority of our interventions are conducted in our clients' homes, so a fair amount of travel is included in the position, but if needed, interventions can also take place at our offices and other locations.
The organization has offices in Gävle and Borlänge, and there are also opportunities to work remotely. Geographic proximity to Borlänge is considered an asset.
Our organization values method development and provides training and supervision in methods such as TFCO (Treatment Foster Care Oregon), IHF (Intensive Home-Based Family Treatment), and Connect. Many of the methods we work with are evaluated and evidence-based.

For this position, you are required to have:
A degree in social work or equivalent higher education
Experience in psychosocial treatment work
A valid driver's license (B)
It is advantageous if:
You are a trained psychotherapist
You are trained in methods within psychosocial work such as IHF, A-CRA, Re-Pulse, etc.

Duration/Working hours:This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. The position is full-time. Start date is according to agreement.
