As a personal assistant, you provide support in everything from daily routines to leisure activities – always with the goal of enabling the person you work with to live as independently and meaningfully as possible.

THE WORK OF A PERSONAL ASSISTANT

As a personal assistant, you work in the client's home and support them in their daily needs. This may include personal care, assistance during meals, household chores, or accompanying them on activities and errands outside the home.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in people and who thrives in a role where you can contribute with care, commitment, and security. You are attentive, responsible, and flexible – and you find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and clients. Since communication is important, you need to have a good command of the Swedish language.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and how you match the individuals you work with. Experience in care or personal assistance is a plus, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and the willingness to do a good job.

Start Date: To be agreed upon, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.

WORKING AT VI OMSORG 

As an employed personal assistant with us, you are covered by a collective agreement and pension agreement. You are insured while at work and during commutes in case of unforeseen events. We offer wellness grants to all our employees. Additionally, we organize activities aimed at both you as an employee and the client you work with. We care about ensuring that you, as an employee, feel comfortable with us!

To be employed with us at Vi Omsorg, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present valid identification and/or submit a certificate of personal data and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. You can easily download a certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

If you want to work with children and young people under 18 years, you must provide an extract from the criminal record. It is important that you order an extract from the Police now, as their processing time may vary.
