For our Stockholm office, we are looking for someone who enjoys taking on significant responsibility and is eager to tackle challenges for growth. You are an experienced financial consultant with strong skills in bookkeeping, business advisory, income tax returns, as well as year-end and annual report issues.

• Relevant education in finance or equivalent competence acquired in the industry

• Experience from an accounting firm / financial agency

• Good system familiarity and understanding of digital flows

• Experience in ongoing accounting, business advisory, income tax returns, and year-end work

• Experience in leadership through mentoring and coaching

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Responsible

• Experience managing clients with larger corporate structures and advanced declarations

• Experience with K3 year-end accounts and group accounting

• Experience in legal business advisory

• Experience as a controller

The tasks are varied according to the needs of clients and Avanta, but we see that you will primarily work with:

• Year-end work, income tax returns, personal tax returns, and business advisory in close collaboration with our clients and your colleagues.

• Some ongoing accounting for clients with higher complexity

• Mentorship and guidance of junior colleagues in year-end, tax returns, business advisory, and sales.

• Driving digitalization and automation processes for our clients

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a 6-month probation period. Start date by agreement. We apply a continuous selection process, so please do not wait to submit your application.
