About the Position
We are looking for an HR consultant for the Children’s Ombudsman based in Stockholm. The role of the HR consultant involves working with a range of HR-related tasks, including personnel administration, recruitment matters, and workplace environment issues. You will play a key role in supporting managers and employees by providing expertise in recruitment, competency supply, and personnel development. In this assignment, you will support the organization with ongoing HR work during a transition period related to the recruitment of a permanent HR consultant.
The position includes the following tasks:
- Ongoing personnel administration
- Processing recruitment matters
- Working with rules and procedures regarding employment and workplace environment issues
- Working with rehabilitation issues
- Independently conducting recruitments
- Mapping the need for competency supply
- Manager support for development and salary conversations
- Participating in work to develop, relocate, and dismiss personnel.
Assignment Period and Scope
The HR consultant position is a full-time consulting assignment starting on 2026-01-15 and is expected to last for 4-5 months. The work will primarily take place on-site, with some possibility for remote work (approximately 1-2 days a week).
Requirements for the Position:
- Higher education, such as a degree in human resources or equivalent education and at least three (3) years of work experience in similar roles. Alternatively, high school or equivalent education and five (5) years of work experience as an HR generalist or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
- Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.)
- Knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.)
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations within the HR field
- Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
