With us in the legal department, you will be part of a group of experienced and engaged lawyers and legal advisors who leverage each other's knowledge and experiences. Together, we contribute to strong legal support for the agency and to developing the operations. The Swedish Companies Registration Office offers several health-promoting activities and the possibility to work remotely to some extent based on the needs of the operations. We are located in modern premises centrally by the harbor in Sundsvall and can also offer a workplace centrally in Stockholm, but you are expected to be regularly present at the office in Sundsvall.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented and works systematically to deliver well-founded legal assessments of high quality. You handle pressured situations calmly and professionally and maintain good judgment even when cases are complex or time-critical.

You are collaborative and contribute to a respectful and constructive cooperation, sharing your expertise and taking in others' perspectives. You drive your work forward with commitment, responsibility, and a focus on high quality. Furthermore, you have a strong analytical ability, can see connections in extensive and complex legal information, and draw well-founded conclusions that support the operations both in the short and long term.

In this role, you also need to have:

  • a law degree or equivalent.
  • several years of current experience in qualified legal work in areas such as administrative law, IT law, public procurement, contract law, security, preparedness, or data protection.
  • very good language skills, meaning you can express yourself fluently and clearly in Swedish both orally and in writing, and have good knowledge of English.
