Are you ready to take the next step in finance and accounting? At Ordna Bolån, we are looking for a Finance Assistant who wants to be part of our finance team and develop in a broad and educational role focusing on both accounts receivable and accounts payable.

About the role

As a finance assistant at Ordna Bolån, you will work with ongoing financial administration for all companies in the group. You will be an important part of the finance department and support the team in both daily routines and recurring reporting cycles.

• Ongoing bookkeeping and management of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Invoicing, monitoring payments, and reconciliations

• Administration of expenses and travel reimbursements

• Financial administrative tasks and document management

• Support during month-end and year-end closings, reporting, and audits

About you

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and takes responsibility for their tasks. You have a strong desire to learn and develop in finance and accounting, thrive in a broad role with varied tasks, and appreciate a humble working style where collaboration with different functions in the organization is a natural part of everyday life.

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probation period. Start date is to be agreed upon.
