We are looking for an experienced accounting consultant for a broad and operationally close assignment in an organization that is in an intensive development and growth phase. Here, structures and processes are built alongside daily operations, giving you the opportunity to both contribute operationally and leave your mark on how the finance function develops moving forward.

In this role, you will work with ongoing accounting, reconciliations, accruals, as well as monthly closings and reporting. You will also be responsible for VAT reconciliation and declaration, as well as preparing materials for annual reports and audits. An important part of the role is to actively participate in – and drive – improvements and documentation of routines and processes, as well as contribute to internal projects such as system changes and accounting-related investigations.

The role involves close collaboration with business control and other parts of the organization, where you serve as a natural point of contact to ensure accurate accounting, follow-up, and analysis. The assignment is suitable for you who are structured, self-driven, and communicative, and who thrive in an environment where change, collaboration, and joint problem-solving are part of everyday life.

• Relevant financial education or equivalent experience
• Several years of experience in qualified accounting and closing work
• Good overall understanding of accounting flows
• Strong system proficiency and excellent skills in Excel
• Experience with K3 (IFRS is a plus)
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English

The assignment is based in Stockholm and involves travel to other locations about once a month. There is also the possibility of over-recruitment after about six months, which requires interest in a long-term solution.
