We are now looking for two positions at Jobbtorg Adults Southeast located in Farsta Centrum.

One permanent position and one temporary position until December 2026.

Your role

As a job coach, you will work according to the Supported Employment (SE) method to support, motivate, and guide the target group, referred to as aspirants, to find, obtain, and retain a job or studies with the aim of becoming self-sufficient. SE is adapted for Jobbtorg Stockholm's operations. You will map and plan together with the aspirant. You will support and guide the aspirant in the planning.

The work involves employer contacts and matching the aspirant to the right workplace. You will seek out and find employers and support the aspirant and employers as needed. You will work both independently and in a team. You will collaborate with colleagues within the organization as well as with external actors and employers. You will continuously document in the existing operational system according to guidelines.

The target group consists of adults aged 30 to 65 years, or alternatively young adults aged 20-29 with various backgrounds, experiences, and conditions, but with the commonality that they are outside the labor market.

Change and development work is a natural part of the workday and requires active participation.

Your skills and experience

  • Academic education with a focus on behavioral science, social studies, sociology, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with people who are far from the labor market.
  • Experience working with employer contacts.
  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language both orally and in writing.
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite, Outlook, and working and documenting within digital operational systems (e.g., CRM).

Meritorious

  • Training in Supported Employment (SE).
  • Training in Motivational Interviewing (MI).
  • Knowledge of Individual Placement and Support (IPS).
  • Experience working in a politically governed organization.

Language skills in the following are also meritorious:

  • Arabic
  • Tigrinya
  • Somali
  • Persian
  • Dari
  • Kurdish
