About the role of Accountant
As an Accountant at Qbtech, you will be part of the finance department in Stockholm, which currently consists of the CFO, accounting manager, and an accountant. You will have overall responsibility for the accounting of one of the group's international companies. You play an important role in performing ongoing accounting and ensuring quality and structure in all financial processes.
Qbtech is growing internationally, which means that the role is characterized by development, change, and improvement work. In addition to traditional accounting, you are expected to contribute to further developing financial processes and working methods that can scale with the company's growth. Your main responsibilities
- Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and participation in monthly and annual financial statements
- Management and development of the company's financial flows, including supplier invoices, expenses, and customer invoicing
- Collaboration with your international colleagues to ensure efficient and uniform processes
- Contribute to the development, standardization, and streamlining of financial routines and processes
- Work in several different systems; NetSuite, Excel, and invoicing systems
About you
You are meticulous, analytical, and thrive in an environment where change and development are a natural part of everyday life. You take ownership of your tasks, work in a structured manner, and at the same time have the ability to see the big picture. As a person, you are communicative, unpretentious, and enjoy collaborating with many different stakeholders, both nationally and internationally.
Important for the position are:
- Bachelor's degree in finance
- At least two years of experience in accounting at an agency or company in a similar growth phase
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and drive work towards goals
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
