About the role

As a Technical Inside Sales Representative at Bromi, you have a central role in the sales organization and work closely with customers, salespeople, and suppliers. The role combines technical understanding with business-oriented sales support and is suitable for you who thrive in a varied and responsible function. You act as a support and sounding board for the salespeople and can step in as a substitute salesperson if needed. In this role, you are responsible for receiving quotes, working with pricing, creating and registering items, and ensuring that the business system and product information are up to date. You have ongoing contact with suppliers and contribute to creating structure and quality in the sales process. In this role, you work on building and developing customer relationships. You are involved in the sale of CNC machines from well-known brands such as Brother, Citizen, and OKK, as well as spare parts and related services. The focus is on understanding the customer's needs and contributing to comprehensive solutions, where automation and smart production concepts are a natural part of the business and an important tool for increasing customer profitability.

Who are you?We are looking for someone with knowledge of the manufacturing industry and a good technical understanding of machines, production, and industrial flows. You are positive, solution-oriented, and enjoy customer contact. You work in a structured manner, are meticulous, and appreciate being part of a team where collaboration and responsibility are a given. You have a genuine interest in technology and are driven by understanding customers' challenges and how technical solutions can contribute to developing and strengthening our customers, as well as the desire to grow together with Bromi.
