We are looking for an AI Workflow Engineer on behalf of our client, an organization operating in AI-driven education for life science and medical competence development. Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and further developing AI-based workflows for the production of structured and high-quality educational content. The work is done in close collaboration with technical teams, educational experts, and product functions.

Job Responsibilities

Design and optimization of multi-step AI workflows and prompt chains
Translation of educational and medical requirements into automated processes
Development of reusable prompt templates and modular frameworks
Debugging, documentation, and improvement of AI workflows and datasets
Evaluation and integration of AI models, tools, and APIs
Collaboration on prototypes and internal AI tools

Qualifications

Academic background in technical or analytical fields
Strong logical and analytical skills
Methodical and data-driven work approach
Interest in language models and AI systems
Good collaboration and communication skills

Desired Qualifications

Experience in workflow or prompt engineering
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, or AI pipelines
Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
Interest in ethical AI, quality assurance, and transparency
