At the Individual and Family Services in Hallsberg municipality, about 55 employees work, both men and women of varying ages and years in the profession. Within the child and family unit, in addition to the investigation group, there are also family law, foster care social workers, intervention coordinators, and outpatient care.

Job Responsibilities

As a social worker within the child and family unit, you will work with handling cases according to SoL and LVU focusing on children and young people aged 0-20 years and their families. Your tasks include making preliminary assessments, investigating and assessing the assistance needs of children and families, deciding on interventions, and following up on these. You will also be involved in the unit's development work.

We are in an exciting implementation phase with Signs of Safety, as well as being preventive and easily accessible social services based on the new social services act.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a social worker
• Has a B driver's license

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Meritorious

• Education and experience in BBIC, MI
• Previously worked with authority exercise.
• Good knowledge of legislation in the area.
