We are now looking for an experienced technical tester with a focus on performance, test automation, and system analysis for assignments within some of Sweden's most significant organizations.

In this role, you will work with performance verification, technical system testing, and test automation in complex system environments where software, networks, and hardware interact. You will analyze how systems behave under load, identify bottlenecks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of system stability, performance, and reliability.

We work at the client's site 3–5 days a week depending on the client's needs and any security classification of the projects, which provides a varied everyday life with technical development and close collaboration with clients and colleagues. At the office in Stockholm, we take the opportunity to socialize – we strengthen team spirit through shared breakfasts, coffee breaks, and regular team activities and section meetings.

As many of our assignments are within the public sector and are security classified, you must have very good knowledge of both Swedish and English to meet the requirements of our clients. You must also have Swedish citizenship to pass security clearance and background checks. A check against the criminal record is part of our recruitment process.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is analytical, technically curious, and enjoys working data-driven and solution-oriented. You are comfortable communicating with various technical roles and like to understand systems in depth.

Requirements:

- Experience in performance or load testing

- 5–10 years of experience in test automation in larger organizations

- Good understanding of Linux, networks, and system architecture

- Experience in scripting, e.g., Python or Bash

- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium, SoapUI)

- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English

- Relevant higher education or equivalent vocational training/work experience

- ISTQB Foundation certification

- Swedish citizenship and the ability to undergo security clearance

Meritorious:

- Experience in container and virtualization environments

- Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python

- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and visualization tools

- Experience in the public sector, the Armed Forces, or security-classified projects
