JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the elderly care and home care services in Hofors and Torsåker, you can work as a nursing assistant, care assistant, or support assistant. Your main tasks are to help care recipients based on their individual needs for a good and easier everyday life through assistance with personal care, meal support, and service tasks. The tasks also include documentation and service duties in the facilities.

In LSS operations in Hofors, you can work as a nursing assistant, care assistant, personal assistant, or habilitator. There, you help individuals based on their individual needs for a good and easier everyday life through assistance with personal care, cooking, household chores, shopping, and activities.

We are in need of substitutes who can work on temporary contracts and hourly employment during the holiday period. Before the holiday substitute position begins, training and orientation will be scheduled at the workplace where you will work.

Our operations run around the clock, which means shifts during the day, evening, and weekends. In some units, night work is also applied.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be at least 18 years old. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who is positive, responsible, attentive, and flexible. A professional approach and commitment are important in the role. It is valuable for us if you have relevant education for the position.

Documentation is an important part of the work, which means that you should be able to understand and express yourself well, both orally and in writing, in the Swedish language. Basic computer skills are also necessary to succeed in the role.

Meritorious;

• Driver's license B (requirement within home care)
• Ability to provide proof of protected professional title, Nursing Assistant
• Experience in elderly care, LSS, and/or psychiatry

In some of the operations, it is required to present an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register. Therefore, we may request such extracts if you are offered work within these operations.
