With us at the Hr unit in Skärholmen, you will become part of an engaged and competent team that together provides support to our operations.
The Hr function is tasked with strategically leading the administration's Hr work and being a consultative support to managers in all personnel processes, such as labor law, organizational changes, rehabilitation, wage formation, union collaboration, and negotiations, as well as the overall work environment efforts. We are a smaller unit with short decision-making paths, and we have close cooperation with colleagues and managers. The team consists of three Hr consultants, two Hr administrators, and one team leader. The unit is led by the head of the Hr, administration, and committee department.
As one of our colleagues is retiring, we are now looking for an experienced and driven Hr administrator with a strong administrative background and expertise in payroll issues.

Your role
In your role, you will support the Hr unit administratively in the administration's Hr processes. You are a support to the administration's managers and employees, and together with your colleagues, you contribute to the development work within Hr.
In the position, you will, among other things:
- be responsible for internal control within payroll and other Hr areas
- be a consultative support in payroll issues and a contact person for the City's central payroll function
- prepare certificates of employment
- manage the release of public documents
- monitor the functional mailbox
- administer the employee survey
- support the administration's archivist and ensure the quality of personnel records management
- write meeting minutes
- organize several cross-administrative events such as awards and training related to the Hr area.
In your assignment, you will have a special responsibility for issues concerning the specialist area of payroll, where you will be our contact person for the city's central Payroll and Pension department.
Your qualifications and experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- a vocational education in personnel or payroll, or relevant and solid experience in similar tasks within payroll administration
- good knowledge and current and several years of experience in Hr and payroll issues
- experience in writing meeting minutes
- high digital maturity and IT skills, as well as an interest in learning new systems
- good language and writing skills in Swedish.
It is meritorious if you have:
- worked in a similar role within public administration
- experience from the city's personnel system LISA.
