Receptionist for Stockholm City

Responsibilities

The following tasks may be included in this position;

• Welcoming our visitors at the district administration's reception
• Supporting employees with questions related to meeting rooms
• Maintaining order in waiting areas and meeting rooms
• Receiving applications and letters from visitors
• Assisting visitors with printing
• Handling access cards for staff
• Receiving mail and deliveries.

We are looking for someone who has:

The consultant offered must meet the following competency requirements;

• Completed upper secondary education
• Experience in reception and/or administrative work
• A pleasant and professional demeanor
• Independence, service orientation, and solution-oriented approach
• Fluent communication in Swedish, both spoken and written
• A keen eye for structure and order.

It is an advantage if you have language skills in multiple languages.

You are offered

A consulting assignment starting on January 19, 2026, lasting until March 27, 2026. Working hours are Mon-Thu 08:00-16:30 and Fri 08:00-16:00. The work will be performed on-site at Hässelby torg 20-22, floor 2.
