Do you want to be part of our professional and dedicated team of consulting managers in Stockholm?Arena Personal is now looking for a new consulting manager for our successful team in Stockholm. As a consulting manager with us, you will be offered a varied everyday life where relationships with customers, consultants, and candidates are the foundation of much of the work. You will primarily work with customers in warehousing and logistics.

About the positionThe role of consulting manager with us is very varied, where no day is the same as the other. You have overall responsibility and drive your own recruitment processes with continuous follow-up with both the customer and the candidate throughout the process. Furthermore, you are responsible for daily staffing and have personnel responsibility for your consultants who are out on assignments. You handle several recruitment and staffing processes simultaneously, where it is important to deliver on time with the highest possible quality.

Main tasks:

• Daily customer contact with continuous customer visits
• Personnel responsibility and coaching of employees
• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish
• Matching between consultants and customer assignments
• Upselling
• Short and long-term staffing/scheduling

Requirements for the position:

• Relevant experience in staffing and recruitment within blue collar
• Driver's license B
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good system skills
• Post-secondary education in personnel/leadership

Scope / PlacementThis role as a consulting manager is a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. The position is full-time and has scheduled working hours between 08:00-17:00. You will be based at our office in Johanneshov.

The position is planned to start after the turn of the year.
