Your Mission

As an administrator/GD secretary, you belong to the GD's staff, which is part of the management support at FRA. Your work includes a natural and frequent interaction with other parts of the management support as well as contacts with other authorities.

In the role of administrator/GD secretary, you support the agency's management.

Your tasks primarily consist of:

  • providing qualified administrative support to the agency's management
  • making bookings and orders
  • managing meeting administration and calendars
  • assisting in planning and conducting visits as well as internal meetings and conferences
  • taking meeting minutes and notes
  • performing other tasks related to the areas of work covered by the position as requested

The work is varied, with many points of contact primarily within the agency, but there may also be contacts with other authorities. You should enjoy handling quickly arising questions and requests.

You Can

We are looking for someone who has:

  • High school diploma
  • Several years of work experience supporting a government agency's top management
  • Good knowledge of the Office suite
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

We consider it an advantage if you have:

  • Post-secondary education preferably in administration or another relevant field
  • Good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form

The workplace is located near Drottningholm, about 10 minutes from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security class. Before employment, you will be security vetted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act. Employment comes with an obligation to be placed in wartime.
