JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ulriksbergskolan is a municipal school, centrally located in Växjö. Newly built and renovated a year ago. The staff currently working at Ulriksbergskolan are engaged and experienced educators who together create the best for the students, focusing on trustful relationships and a good study environment so that all our students can develop as far as possible based on the goals of education. There are well-established structures and red threads in the school's work as both school management and staff have worked together for a long time.

The school has chosen to organize itself with what we call a multi-teacher system, i.e., we are six class teachers in three classes with a total of 75 students in preschool class. In this grade team, there are also two leisure teachers as basic staffing. We see this organization as a reason why we have been able to achieve good goal fulfillment and a high level of both safety and well-being among staff, students, and guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who want to become a new colleague at Ulriksbergskolan! In the role of teacher in preschool class, you will be part of a team with five colleagues. In the classroom, you create a safe learning environment characterized by good study conditions and a trusting climate. You consciously work to establish good relationships with the students to achieve high goal fulfillment. You have a good ability to work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. It is an advantage if you are certified in Swedish as a second language (SVA), but it is not a requirement.
