We need a new salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Are you driven by the challenges found in a department store? Then you are the one we need for our team. We are now looking for salespeople for our new store in Nynäshamn. The position is a permanent part-time job (20 hours/week) that starts with a six-month probationary period. You will have shifts both during the day and evening as well as weekends. It would be great if you want to help develop Rusta together with us!

Your role as a salesperson

Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day; from cash register work and customer interaction to restocking and restructuring the store's departments.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus as the first priority and to contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals.
• to work efficiently with cash register work, store displays, pricing, inventory management, and restocking. (including inventories)
• to maintain order and cleanliness.
