Who are we?

P&P Technology is a wholesaler, idea, value, and direct sales company (a so-called “order on the spot” company) with some manufacturing. The company was founded in 1992 and operated under the name Specialprodukter until 2005. P&P has a strong product range that is continuously developed in direct collaboration with users and our more than 100 manufacturers. Our manufacturers/suppliers are located in three different continents. We supply maintenance products (to end users, “business to business”) within, among others, the construction and real estate sector, hotels, agriculture, construction/vehicle/machine maintenance, large kitchens, and restaurants, as well as to the maintenance departments of industry. Other important segments for us are the maintenance of various public environments, where we work with different branches of government, regions, and municipalities.

The main purpose of the position is to develop P&P in your district/area/customer groups. As a district manager or employee in unit 2, you have result and budget responsibility for the entire district/area and customer groups. Together with P&P:s management team, you will strategically work on the development of the district/customer groups. As a district manager or employee in unit 2, you have great opportunities to influence, develop, and structure and shape your work throughout the weeks.

We are now strengthening a number of vacant districts in Sweden, out of our 25 districts and unit 2.

We are therefore now looking for OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES for the following districts:

• Stockholm
• Skåne
• Southern Gothenburg
• Skaraborg



P&P Technology consists of 2 units. Unit 2 works over slightly larger districts (about 2 counties) with certain selected customer groups and also as an ordinary district manager to a lesser extent. This means that you can live practically anywhere in Sweden, even where we are not currently looking for outside sales representatives. No overnight stays are required for district managers in southern/central Sweden, while it can be up to 5-6 nights a month for unit 2.

We are looking for you who:

- Are genuinely interested in sales and can work independently in a team.

- Are outgoing, positive, structured, and possess an energetic stubbornness to achieve your goals combined with a strong personality.

- May have run your own business, loved your work but perhaps had to close down or go bankrupt, no problem, as long as you can or want to learn relationship, idea, and value selling.

- Are interested in creating good long-term relationships with customers.
