Profile:

As a Swedish-speaking B2B Sales and Tech Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Sales, upselling, customer retention, and renewals through outbound emails and phone calls.
• Identifying, contacting, and engaging both potential and existing customers.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads, focusing on analyzing business needs, proposing solutions, and educating customers about cloud products and upgrades.

Requirements:

Experience:

1–2 years of documented experience in B2B sales, preferably with knowledge as a user of cloud products, CRM systems, or similar solutions.

Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of PC applications and browsers
• Familiarity with cloud services and technology
