ROLE:

The role of customer service agent at Betsson Group involves assisting Swedish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and good time management.

Customer service agents are responsible for translating marketing texts and surveys as well as managing customer accounts in accordance with responsible gaming. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Swedish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone
• Collaborate with your team to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and other KPIs
• Translate marketing texts and customer surveys into your local language
• Manage customer accounts
• Follow the company's policies and guidelines for player safety, protection, and responsible gaming

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or via phone calls)
• Ability to multitask and effective time management
• Additional language skills are seen as an advantage
