As a Retention Specialist, your goal is to help clients rediscover the value of the services the client provides. Your key responsibility is to handle cancellation requests and transform them into positive interactions, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood.

Key Tasks:

• Listen carefully to clients' feedback and understand their reasons for leaving.• Provide tailored solutions to meet each client's specific needs.• Offer creative alternatives, such as discounts or flexible plans, to encourage clients to continue using the service.• Ensure a positive outcome for each interaction, regardless of whether retention is achieved. Our client’s focus is on providing customers with an exceptional experience they can rely on. Still, there are times when they need a reminder of the unique benefits they offer. Your role is to help bring that value back into focus.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service.
