Quick facts about the position. NOTE! Read through before applying:

• You must be able to start immediately.
• Hybrid, with the possibility to come into the office.
• 100% commission. 500 SEK per booked meeting that is completed, i.e., the customer answers on the other end.
• You are expected to make at least 300 calls a day, and this is outbound appointment setting, meaning you are expected to call potential customers to book meetings for our salespeople (and you will encounter objections). You will not be sitting and receiving appointment bookings. This is a sales-oriented position.
• B2B product. The product is unspecified regarding industry, and it is a type of educational product we sell where executives in general are our target group. So you will learn a lot about how to conduct conversations with executives and gain broad experience in the business world and how it works in the rooms where decisions are made for real.
• You are expected to have a strong urgency to change your life for the better and want to develop. If you want a job to take it easy, we are not the right fit.
• Proper call script.

As an appointment setter, you will book meetings for our salespeople in the company. You will be offered the opportunity to become a salesperson if you do the job well. With leadership qualities, managerial roles will also be highly relevant.
