Altebra Sweden is an expert in sprinkler systems and a rapidly growing company with a strong focus on quality and innovation. The Altebra group has its own design office and a modern, well-equipped workshop with a fully automated welding robot and powder coating facility.

Are you skilled at building customer relationships, have an eye for numbers, and a technical interest in fire safety? Then the role of Business Developer in fire protection could be your next exciting career move!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has technical understanding of sprinkler systems and relevant regulations, including the basics of design principles.
  • Is familiar with local building codes and can ensure that proposed systems meet safety requirements.
  • Is organizationally strong and a self-starter who can analyze project requirements and prepare detailed bids.
  • Is skilled at building positive relationships with potential and existing customers, as well as maintaining and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Has sales experience and can close sales agreements to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Can work independently and in a team, and collaborate closely with the project management team.

What will you do?

Customer Interaction

  • Engage with potential customers and be a point of contact for both existing and new customers.
  • Present the benefits of our products and services. Guide customers to the best solution for their needs.
  • Maintain and build long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Sales Responsibility

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements.
  • Analyze project requirements based on architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Prepare detailed bids describing the scope of work, pricing, and any additional services.

Technical Knowledge

  • Stay updated on the latest standards and technologies in fire protection.

Business Decisions

  • Contribute to the company's profitability by gathering information and preparing estimates.
  • Balance costs and revenues to make informed business decisions.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the project management team.
  • Report directly to the company's CEO (Altebra Sweden).
