We need a new salesperson!

Are you passionate about retail? Are you driven by the challenges found in a department store? Then you are the one we need for our team. We are now looking for a salesperson responsible for our goods reception at our new department store in Nynäshamn. The position is a permanent employment of 30 hours/week with an initial probationary period of six months, starting as agreed. It would be great if you want to help develop Rusta together with us!

Your role as a salesperson

In the role of salesperson responsible for goods reception, you will be part of the store's management team along with the store manager and the deputy store manager. You will be responsible for all tasks and routines involving goods reception, restocking, and product flow. You will lead and delegate tasks to employees. Additionally, you will be involved in all other store operations. Working in a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and fun. No day is the same! You will work with and take responsibility for different types of tasks every day.

Your responsibilities as a salesperson:

• to always prioritize customer and sales focus and contribute to achieving and exceeding the store's sales and profitability goals
• to work efficiently with cash handling, store displays, pricing, inventory management, and restocking (including inventories)
• to maintain order and cleanliness

Your profile

In the role of goods receivable, you need to have a forklift license and preferably some experience in warehousing/sales and be accustomed to handling large volumes during peak seasons. Above all, you are a person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop in your role as a salesperson with us at Rusta. You enjoy creating order and structure and have an organized approach to work. You easily absorb and convey information and have a coaching attitude towards your colleagues.
