Edvida is looking for an educational advisor/Salesperson who wants to help both public organizations and private companies discover the value of our courses, lectures, and development initiatives.
We are in a phase of development and are now looking for a driven person to become part of our team.
Scope
The position is a "as-needed employment" and covers about 25% or more for at least three months, with good opportunities for extension and possible increased scope. The work is entirely remote.
About the role
- New customer contact and meeting booking
You initiate contact with potential customers and partners and book meetings to discuss needs and explore new collaboration opportunities.
- Present offers
You communicate targeted proposals for training and lectures to new and existing customers, with the aim of inspiring decisions on value-creating initiatives.
- Organize and lead webinars
You arrange and lead inspiring mini-lectures to highlight the importance of skills development and strategies for lifelong learning in organizations.
Other sales and marketing tasks may occur.
Sales materials and presentations are partially already in place, and you have great freedom to develop your own materials.
Who are you?
- You are new to the industry seeking experience or an experienced salesperson looking for a side job and wanting to continue developing.
- You have a high inner drive, good work ethic, and a sense for business.
- You enjoy human interactions and have good communication skills.
- You are interested in speaking both with and in front of people.
- You have an interest in learning and development and understand the importance of identifying customer needs.
- You communicate clearly and confidently in Swedish.
- You have good computer skills and are comfortable with digital tools.
