The Furuboda Association runs folk high school, upper secondary courses, labor market training, HVB, conference activities, and assistance companies. The operations are conducted at our main facility south of Åhus and at our branches in Kristianstad, Malmö, Lund, and Karlskrona.

We are looking for a creative and stable person to be responsible for fundraising and financing issues for the Furuboda Association.

Background

The society only supports part of the costs for education for people with disabilities that the Furuboda Association works with. The target group has limited options for further education and lifelong learning, which is why Furuboda continues to seek solutions as needed. Every year, the organization runs millions in deficit before the association contributes funds from donations, foundations, and applications. We are now looking for a person who will help maintain and find new solutions for a more stable economy.

The Position

Your task is to drive and develop the operations together with colleagues within the Furuboda Association. You are responsible for the financial development towards a more stable situation. You report to the principal/operations manager and are often an adjunct to the Management Group.

Desirable experience in:

· applications to the Heritage Fund and similar

· fundraising from individuals, funds/foundations, and wills.

· association activities/member movements

· disability rights movement

· school operations, HVB, and daily activities.

You play an important role in the collective development. The placement of the position can be discussed.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who enjoys developing, preferably has financial expertise, and has ideally worked with fundraising issues. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities. It is advantageous to have previously worked with communication or fundraising issues. You have a relevant higher education.

The position is permanent, 100% with immediate start upon agreement. A probationary period will apply.
