Area Sales Manager, Nuclear Sustainability at Studsvik

Studsvik is on an exciting journey, and therefore we are now looking to increase our sales team. Please note that a background check will be conducted for final candidates.

As part of a dynamic international sales team, you will work together to find innovative ways to develop business with new and existing customers. Our organization is characterized by an agile decision-making process, high influence, interesting possibilities, and extraordinary service levels.

We work with broad responsibilities, and you will be involved in the full sales process from lead generation, building relationships with customers, maintaining existing ones, assessing opportunities, leading small teams to prepare complex proposals, closing deals, contract review and management.

Who You Are:

We are looking for an individual to join our team in technical sales and business development on an international scale. You bring knowledge and experience from the nuclear industry, with several years of hands-on expertise in this field. You are eager to work both operationally and strategically, navigating long sales cycles.

On a personal level, you are ambitious, self-driven, persistent, and sociable. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of your work. You are proactive, always seeking new solutions, and are not afraid to challenge established norms.
