Profile:
As a Swedish-speaking B2B Sales and Tech Sales Representative, you will:

Sell, upsell, retain customers, and manage renewals via outbound calls and emails.

Identify, contact, and engage potential and existing customers.

Build and maintain a pipeline of leads focusing on analyzing customer needs, proposing solutions, and educating them about cloud products and upgrades.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years of documented experience in B2B sales, preferably with knowledge as a user of cloud products, CRM systems, or similar solutions.

Skills & Competencies:

Accountability

Strong written communication skills

High work motivation

Good persuasion skills

Good computer skills and knowledge of browsers

Familiarity with cloud services and technology
