What you will do:

· Assist customers via phone, email, and chat – both B2B and B2C.

· Handle orders, returns, and complaints.

· Support our sales team with customer-related tasks.

· Contribute to a positive atmosphere in the showroom and at the office.

We are looking for someone who:

· Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.

· Has experience in customer service or a similar role.

· Is solution-oriented, positive, and loves to provide excellent service.

· Is comfortable with IT and CRM systems.
