The hotel also houses the restaurant Le Bistro, which serves French bistro food with a Scandinavian touch. If you are social, love the culinary profession and gastronomy, are meticulous and enjoy order and cleanliness, and want to help build a successful business in Palma, then you might be the one we are looking for. The kitchen is small and open, so order and social skills are very important. It is also essential that you enjoy working in a creative environment that is constantly evolving and that you are flexible, unpretentious, and have a good sense of humor.

You who are applying for the job should have:

• Very high social skills and enjoy regulars
• Culinary education and solid knowledge of cooking
• Love bistro food
• At least 5 years of experience from a similar type of restaurant/restaurant in a leading position
• Basic knowledge of self-control and kitchen economy
• Strong interest in food and drink
• High ambitions within your profession
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English both spoken and written, knowledge of Spanish is a big plus
