Resource sought for Dibber Neglinge Gård Preschool

As a resource, you will be an extra support for the children's group. You will actively and loyally work with the preschool's daily tasks and educational work. Dibber Neglinge Gård Preschool is located in the scenic Saltsjöbaden and we are a preschool with about 80 children and five departments. On our large beautiful yard, there are opportunities for both teaching and adventure. The yard is divided into three sections with a bike path, swings, sandbox, and nature. Even though we have a nice yard, excursions are a regular feature of our week. It is always exciting to see new surroundings and gain new impressions. Both children and educators thrive with us.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the preschool operates in accordance with Dibber's value platform and quality standards
• Create good relationships with children where adults and children are equal; where the adult listens and allows children to participate so that they develop skills, self-confidence, and joy of life
• Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor towards both children and colleagues
• Share responsibility for care and participate in the educational work at the preschool, e.g., group gatherings, activities, free play, and routine situations

Qualifications

• Preferably experience working in preschool
• Good communication skills
• You are an active adult alongside the children and can take safety measures
• Good knowledge of Swedish

Personal qualities

You are a relationship-oriented person who sees each individual child. You listen and are attentive to what the children want to convey. You can also create engagement and participate in the children's play and development. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and cooperative. You can work independently and take responsibility. We are looking for a person who is a good, warm, and caring adult. Playful, ambitious, permissive, and clear are key words for our staff. You can identify with Dibber's values.
