I am an active disabled woman looking for personal assistants. As an assistant, you will assist me in my daily life. You are my extended arms and legs. We will do what I plan and want to do for the day! The activity and work pace may vary due to my plans and daily condition.

You as an assistant must be good at taking instructions and then performing them in the way I want them to be done.

Sometimes you will be with me in what I do during the day, but sometimes you will be in my immediate vicinity! Then you should be able to easily call my attention. That is to say, you will be more in the background of my activity. You must be able to handle both situations!

Good qualities to have as my assistant are empathy, loyalty, flexibility, and the ability to handle spontaneity in everyday life.

As an assistant, you will help me train both inside and outside the home. You will accompany me on many activities outside the home.

Thanks to my assistance, I can live a very integrated life in society. I have a disability, but I am not my disability! Together we will show society that anything is possible!!!

You do not need previous experience in care work, but you must enjoy working with people.

I have several assistants who assist me, but I usually only have one assistant per shift.

I will explain how I live and need your help during a possible interview, which will be held in Farsta. I try to live my life as spontaneously as possible and not have more routines than everyone else to manage daily tasks!

My adult son and I live south of Söder on the Farsta Strand line.

Employment/Working Hours

I am looking for new assistants immediately! As I have a fresh start in my assistance in 2025.

Initially, you will be employed on an hourly basis, but in the future, there will be opportunities for more fixed hours.

Working hours vary; evenings and weekends. Overtime may occur, as unforeseen events can happen in everyone's life. Overtime is paid at an hourly rate!

Daytime work may occur.

Night work may occur.

Travel may occur both within and outside Sweden.

Collective Agreement

Collective agreement Fremia Personal Assistant-Municipal. Salary setting is individual.
