The Graduate Engineer Program is designed to give you the best start to your career:

• A six-month program where you will get to know Scania's culture and strategies. The program includes factory visits, technical training, and many opportunities to build your network.
• Rotation within three different areas of production. Here you will use your technical and creative skills to solve real challenges.
• Support and coaching throughout the program, including a personal development plan.
• A secure employment from day one where you will proceed to a specific position in Södertälje or Oskarshamn after the program ends (you indicate your choice of location in your application).

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is curious and solution-oriented, with a strong interest in technology and sustainability.
• Has an engineering degree (bachelor's or master's) with graduation between 2023 and summer 2025.
• Has a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English.

The GEP program has a limited number of places. Interviews will take place during weeks 8, 9, and 10. Final candidates will participate in our evaluation days from March 11 to 13, 2025, where you will work on a real business plan.
