About the Job
We are nearly 230 colleagues at the Swedish Enforcement Authority working with IT development, creating the technical prerequisites for our colleagues who, on a daily basis, contribute to ensuring the financing of the public sector, creating a well-functioning credit society for citizens and businesses, and combating crime.
As a Delivery Leader, you will coach, lead, and follow up on the teams' work while ensuring that important services and activities are carried out.
Examples of Responsibilities:
- Ensure the teams' work with new development, technically mandatory, and lifecycle activities according to established methods, processes, and priorities.
- Ongoing management and follow-up of delivery as well as budget and forecasts related to this.
- Work on continuous improvements in work processes that benefit stable IT support.
- Dimensioning and requesting resources and competence needs.
- Together with others in the management team, lead and coach employees.
- Drive smaller initiatives as an initiative leader. In the role of Initiative Leader, it is your responsibility to plan and lead one or more system development initiatives in our IT portfolio.
Work locations are Sundbyberg, Gothenburg, Malmö, Kalmar, or Karlskrona.

Your Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in the last 7 years as a delivery leader/project manager for teams/applications working with system development and system management with dependencies and complexity.
- Work experience in leading and coaching employees in an IT organization.
- Work experience in structured follow-up, analysis, and action.
- Work experience in various agile methods and frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum.
- Certified project manager, for example, IPMA, or equivalent certification.
- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
- Good ability to express yourself in English, both orally and in writing.
It is desirable that you have education in leadership and group development. It is also desirable that you have work experience as a Scrum master.

Good to Know
The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be employed as an IT officer. The Swedish Enforcement Authority offers the possibility of remote work by agreement with the employer.
Working in the state means that you follow the state value base. There are also special requirements for judgment, security thinking, and compliance with applicable laws. We ask questions during the interview about any previous criminality and shortcomings in previous employment. For final candidates, these questions are also asked to references. We also collect information about debts registered with the Swedish Enforcement Authority, bankruptcy, and business prohibitions. The information obtained is weighed in the overall assessment of your suitability for the current position.
Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
