Then you are welcome to join us! We provide care to people via phone and chat wherever they are. A workplace where you are in the midst of life and society.

Job Responsibilities

With the help of a national advisory support and a conversation process, you will answer residents' questions, assess care needs, provide advice, and refer to the appropriate level of care. The conversation process is a structured and methodical tool for managing calls.

The work is educational and challenging as no two calls are alike. The work is carried out independently but within a group characterized by experience, collaboration, and participation. Follow-up of your own calls occurs continuously with trainers as part of quality assurance and personal development.

About the Workplace

1177 on the phone is a national service established throughout Sweden. Around the clock, every day of the year, we provide healthcare advice to our residents via phone and chat. We have about 40 nurses working with us, and we collaborate at night with 4 other regions (Sörmland, Uppsala, Dalarna, and Gotland).

Here you will be offered a varied, educational, and challenging job. The operation is at the forefront of digital development where we work with chat, images, and video. Participation and influence are important to us as we are a developing workplace. As a newcomer, you will receive a comprehensive introduction with both theoretical and practical training. Guidance is a natural part of helping you grow into and feel secure in your role.
