We are looking for dedicated staff for disability care – and we offer a summer bonus for those who want to work in our remote areas! We currently have operations in places like Hörnefors, Sävar, Holmsund, Obbola, and Anumark.

What does the job entail?

In disability care, you work with individuals who have mental, physical, and intellectual disabilities. Your mission is to strengthen the individual’s ability to live as independently as possible.

Common tasks include supporting daily activities, leisure activities, social contacts, personal hygiene, and medication. You may work in group homes or provide personal assistance.

Working hours vary depending on the operation and can be scheduled during the day, evening, weekends, overnight shifts, and awake night shifts.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old
• Preferably has prior care experience or relevant education, but it is not a requirement
• Is positive, attentive, curious, and has a genuine interest in people
• Has a strong work ethic and can work both independently and as part of a team
• Preferably has a B driver's license as it is needed in some of our operations
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. This is a requirement to communicate effectively and handle care documentation as well as obtain medication delegation.
