About us Integro is a support residence for young people aged 16-20. The target group consists of boys and girls with psychosocial issues, who have arrived as unaccompanied minors to Sweden and/or live in a conflict-ridden or otherwise unsatisfactory home situation. In our support residences, young people receive psychosocial support, social skills training, and motivation-enhancing interventions. The work is guided by individual action plans based on the young person's needs, conditions, and strengths.

About the role We are now looking for a youth educator for the Integro support residence in Malmö, where work in Helsingborg may also occur. Being a youth educator at Integro means working with and being responsible for a number of young people placed with us by the municipalities' social services. You will act as a contact person who provides support and assistance in the young person's daily life and development, in accordance with the care and action plan. 

Your main tasks include:

• Planning and conducting supportive youth meetings.

• Contact with clients and other stakeholders regarding the young person.

• Documentation.

• Establishing and following up on action plans.

Who are you? As a person, you are responsible, relationship-building, flexible, and secure. In this role, it is important to show great empathy while having the ability to set boundaries when necessary. The work involves close and trusting collaboration with your colleagues, so you must have good communication and teamwork skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. A criminal record check will be required before employment.

To apply for the position, you must:

• Have at least 2 years of YH education or higher education in care work. Examples of relevant degrees are social worker, behavioral scientist, social educator, or treatment educator/assistant.

• Have experience in social work.

• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Have good computer skills as documentation is extensive.

• Have a B driver's license.

Employment form Permanent, we apply a six-month probationary period Employment rate: 100% Working hours: Day and evening, and to some extent weekends. On-call duty is also included. In this position, you will have trust-based working hours.

Salary is according to agreement. Start date week 12, 2026, or as agreed.
