About the role

As an IT Support Generalist, you will be an important part of a large and skilled helpdesk team where you, together with colleagues, support both Swedish and international users. You will work with both technical troubleshooting and user support – and part of your working hours will be in a visitor room where you meet users in person.

You will be a key person in the daily support around:

-Client management (Windows, Linux, Mac)

-Telephony and conference rooms

-Installation, troubleshooting, and delivery of computers

-Account management in AD/Azure/Intune

-Support via ticketing systems, phone, and on-site

-Documentation and improvement work in the support process

We are looking for you who...

-Have experience in client support within Windows (preferably also Linux and Mac)

-Are comfortable interacting with users – both face-to-face and over the phone

-Have worked with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow

-Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

-Are self-driven, solution-oriented, and communicative

-Are curious, responsible, and enjoy collaborating in a team

It is meritorious if you also have knowledge of telephony or conference room support.
