We are looking for someone with experience in 2nd line support! Preferably with experience in e-commerce or payment solutions.
You will initially be employed as a consultant at The Place, with the aim of becoming a permanent employee at the client.
Start: Immediately - so send in your application today!
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8-17 with the possibility to work 2 days remotely.
Location: Evenemangsgatan 31 in Solna
About the role
As a 2nd line employee in Svea Bank's wonderful and humble team of 14 people, you will continuously handle incoming cases at the 2nd line level and be responsible for some larger clients in projects, supporting them with technical integrations between various e-commerce platforms, known as partners, and Svea's payment solution.
Tasks:
Technical support: Assist customers with their technical integrations
Troubleshooting and analysis of logs and technical error codes
Investigation/management of integrations between e-commerce platforms, PSPs, banks, and internal systems
Collaborate with the development team (3rd line) regarding bugs or system errors
Support/Assistance to the countries' support functions (Finland, Norway)
Participate in customer and partner meetings in connection with startups and follow-ups
Coordinate the technical aspects in connection with our Merchants' integration projects
Qualifications
Relevant higher education or vocational training in IT or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience
Experience in API Management
Certification and experience in database management, e.g. SQL.
Basic knowledge of a programming language, e.g. Java, .Net.
It is an advantage if you have experience in operating integration platforms
It is an advantage if you have experience in e-commerce or payment solutions.
