Process Engineer to Fiskeby Board!

We are looking for a Process Engineer with experience in the process industry and work with process design, primarily regarding piping systems, pump sizing, and storage (tanks/cisterns). Your Role

As a process engineer, you will become a central part of our project department, which consists of a competent and cohesive team of six people. You will lead your own projects that encompass the entire plant's process equipment, with a particular focus on piping systems, pumps, and tanks. You will be responsible for pump sizing and ensure that the systems operate optimally in both new installations and renovations while also contributing as a project member in other initiatives. The project department's responsibilities range from tender documents and design to construction, flow diagrams, and budget calculations, focusing on ensuring that new installations and renovations comply with applicable regulations and standards.

With a job that offers great independence and technical challenges, you will be part of an experienced team that drives projects forward together. Your tasks encompass the entire project cycle, from idea to completed, documented project, and you will have the opportunity to develop in a stimulating environment with significant influence. In this role, you will report to the Project Manager.

About You

To succeed as a process engineer, we see that you are structured, solution-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You are skilled at communicating with different people and are both curious and driven in your work. You plan and structure your tasks efficiently and ensure that projects achieve their goals. Your analytical and unpretentious working style makes you an important part of the team.

We are looking for someone with a university degree in mechanical engineering or similar, as well as experience in project management. If you have experience from the paper and pulp industry or another process industry, as well as boiler facilities, it is an advantage. We would also like you to have knowledge in machine and piping design, as well as pump and pressure vessel sizing. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of CAD, MS Office, Swedish, and English. If you also have knowledge of the following programs, it is a merit: Idhammar, Insyde, and AutoCAD.
