About the Job

We are looking for personal assistants for a male assistance user. We are looking for someone who is secure, calm, engaged, and has a good sense of humor. We place greater emphasis on your personal suitability and the chemistry between individuals than on your previous experience in the profession. We provide training.

You need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We are now looking for both substitutes who can step in as needed and have available schedule slots of about 70% for the right person. The working hours are 07:00-16:00 or 16:00-24:00, and you need to be able to work days, evenings, and weekends, as well as step in with short notice when needed. The assistance user is an elderly wheelchair-bound man living in a rural area. Therefore, you need to have both a driver's license and your own car to get to the workplace.

During working hours, you need to avoid strong scents, be smoke-free, and keep your personal mobile phone turned off.
